DebtPilot AI is a financial organization and debt management tool operated by BrightWave Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company. DebtPilot AI provides users with AI-assisted tools to help organize, prioritize, and plan debt repayment based on information entered by the user.
DebtPilot AI is an informational and organizational tool only. We are not a bank, lender, debt collector, credit counselor, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use DebtPilot AI. By using our service you represent that you meet these requirements.
DebtPilot AI offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you sign up. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date your account reverts to read-only access. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued under any circumstances.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and use the Cancel Subscription option in your account settings. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Pro plan users who use the payment scheduling feature may be subject to per-payment convenience fees. These fees cover the cost of processing payments through our payment network provider and include a service margin retained by BrightWave Technology LLC. Fee tiers are as follows:
Convenience fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file at the time each scheduled payment is processed. All fees are itemized on your receipt. Convenience fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.
DebtPilot AI is an informational tool. All suggestions, recommendations, payoff calculations, and savings estimates provided by our AI are based solely on the information you enter and are for educational and organizational purposes only. DebtPilot AI does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.
DebtPilot AI participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a referral commission or finder's fee when you click links to third-party financial products or services — such as high-yield savings accounts, investment platforms, or AI tools — and subsequently open an account or make a purchase.
Specifically, we may earn referral fees from but not limited to the following types of partners:
These referral fees are paid to us by the partner company at no additional cost to you. The order and content of our recommendations are never influenced by affiliate relationships. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely beneficial to our users.
All affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

Pro plan users may enter bank account information to enable payment scheduling. All banking credentials and financial account information is handled through our payment processor partners (Stripe) using industry-standard encryption. BrightWave Technology LLC does not store raw bank account numbers or routing numbers on our servers. You authorize each payment individually before it is processed.
BrightWave Technology LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed payments, late fees, or damages arising from your use of DebtPilot AI, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations, failed payment processing, or inaccurate information entered by the user. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused subscription days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of DebtPilot AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
